PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Payments with Paypal, credit cards and cash on delivery are accepted. Cash on delivery involves an increase of 10%.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are € 10 for Italy and € 15 for EU countries, € 30 for the United Kingdom. For non-EU countries there will be an addition of customs fees (40 €) plus any supplements to be verified for more remote areas (they will be communicated before shipping). Orders that arrive before 12:30 will be processed the same day, after 12:30 on the next working day.
PURCHASE INVOICE
Cocoon Mode by Alessandro Tacchi will issue, for each order placed, an invoice for the material shipped. This document will be sent by e-mail, after the collection of the packages by the shipper. For the issue of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order will prevail. It will not be possible to make any changes to the invoice after it has been issued.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of Cocoon Mode by Alessandro Tacchi at the time of sending the order. The technical data sheet accompanying the product may not be complete and exhaustive regarding the specifications of the article itself. The image accompanying the product is purely indicative of the same. The availability of the displayed product is purely indicative given the potential possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason Cocoon Mode by Alessandro Tacchi reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and to communicate, if necessary, the non-acceptance of the order sent in a short time. No responsibility can be attributed to Cocoon Mode by Alessandro Tacchi. The contracts concluded with Cocoon Mode di Alessandro Tacchi, through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, “E-commerce Decree”).
RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
Cocoon Mode by Alessandro Tacchi communicates the correct receipt of the order by sending a copy of the order to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. By placing the order on Alessandro Tacchi’s Cocoon Mode website, the Customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise this right, the customer must send Cocoon Mode di Alessandro Tacchi a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods by writing to ecommerce@cocoonmode.it The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tapes on the original product packaging is prohibited); The shipment, until its arrival in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; The transport costs for returning the goods are charged to the buyer. Cocoon Mode by Alessandro Tacchi is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. In no case will not be collected parcels on delivery or carriage forward.
REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
Cocoon Mode by Alessandro Tacchi will reimburse the customer for the amount already paid for the product, excluding transport costs, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide their bank details (IBAN code). The refund will be made between the 3rd and no later than the 30th working day by bank transfer, depending on the bank circuits used during the purchase, to the reference account of the credit card or by crediting to a Paypal account.
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL LAPS
The right of withdrawal lapses in cases where Cocoon Mode di Alessandro Tacchi ascertains: Even partial use of the product; The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging; The absence of integral elements of the product; Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All communications or any complaints from the Customer against Alessandro Tacchi’s Cocoon Mode in relation to the Purchase Contracts must be addressed to ecommerce@cocoonmode.it
JURISDICTION
The Purchase Agreement between the Customer and Alessandro Tacchi’s Cocoon Mode is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Perugia (Italy) Judicial Authority will be competent.
